Terms of Service

These terms apply to dream999danaru.com and the booking services of Danaru Spa and Poseidon Spa, operated by DREAM999 Corporation, Boracay, Philippines.

1. Bookings
A booking is confirmed after you receive our confirmation by SMS, email or message. Please arrive on time. Free hotel pickup, when offered, is about 30 minutes before your booking time.

2. Prices and payment
Prices are shown in Philippine Peso (PHP). Online payments are processed securely by PayMongo.

3. Changes and cancellations
Please contact us as early as possible to change or cancel a booking. Refunds for online payments are handled case by case according to the policy shown at the time of booking.

4. Health and safety
Please tell our staff about any health condition, pregnancy, injury or allergy before your treatment. Guests use the pool and jacuzzi at their own risk. Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.

5. Our online content and tools
We publish travel and spa videos on our own YouTube channels. Our internal tools use the YouTube API Services; by viewing our YouTube content you also agree to the YouTube Terms of Service (https://www.youtube.com/t/terms). See our Privacy Policy at https://dream999danaru.com/privacy-policy/.

6. Liability
We are not responsible for loss of personal belongings. Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the booking, to the extent allowed by Philippine law.
