Cancellation & Refund Policy

Full refund for cancellations made at least 24 hours before the appointment time.
For changes made between 24 hours and 3 hours before the appointment time, the booking can be rescheduled once free of charge. However, no refund will be issued.
Cancellations made within 3 hours of the appointment time, or after the appointment time has passed, are not eligible for refunds or changes.
No-shows (guests who do not arrive without prior notice) are not eligible for refunds or rescheduling.
